The formation of the monument St. Anastasia Chapel with murals federal significance erected in Pskov 1910-1911 took place ХVIII ХХth centuries. study provides arguments that prove possibility to relocate this object cultural heritage within territory which is symbolically and functionally connected it. As result historical context as well prevailing town-planning practice provisions have been formulated specify cases allow relocation without changing characteristics determine its uniqueness social significance.
